Dear INWA Convention participants,

It was great to see you all here in Finland and I hope that you all had a safe journey back home. I hope that you enjoyed your stay here in Finland and hopefully you all got some new ideas for your work.

We were altogether 42 people from 20 different countries in INWA Convention in Korpilampi, Espoo in Finland. The present countries were Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, South Korea, USA, UK, Hungary, Switzerland, Spain and Sweden. This year we really had an international convention and hopefully next year we will have even more countries.

If you want to share your photos with other participants, please let us know. Some of the photos we can add in INWA Intranet, but you can also share the photos in different web-galleries. If you will put your photos in web-galleries, please, send the information about that to me. I can inform all the participants about the website address and how to find the photos..

You have already got printed versions of some presentations. Within next 2 weeks, you will also find the material in PDF-format from INWA Intranet. All the offices of member association or their contact people will get username and password for their use by e-mail. With the username and password you will get the access to the folders of INWA Convention 2007. The user name and password are valid for “Intranet general” which you can find on INWA website under link “Intranet”. More information about that you will receive later by e-mail.

Many thanks for those of you who have already given feedback for us. Please, send us also your comments if you haven’t given feedback already.

If you have ideas regarding next convention or you have a topic which you would like to present or you would be interested in some specific thing, let us know. Before the end of this year, we will send you information, how to apply to present in the next INWA Convention.

As we discussed in the Convention, Exel will send new straps to your poles. Therefore we would like to get information, what size of strap (S or M) you would like to receive. Please, send this message to your collegues in your country and if possible, send the information about straps in one e-mail regarding all the participants in your country. Thank you.

We would once more like to thank the all the lecturers and participants of the Convention and we hope to see you in the next Convention. Bring also your colleagues with you!
